Welcome to the best return policy in the industry. We are passionate about the games we make and want you to love them as well! If you don't, we'll give you your money back.

Our games carry a 30-day return policy from the delivery date of your order. To start a return, send an email to hello@keymaster.fun. After your return is complete, you will be refunded for the sold price of your returned items (excluding shipping).

Instead of sending the game back to us, we will ask that you donate the game to a local charity or public enriching organization such as a local board game café, library, or school. Once your item has been donated, email us proof (a receipt, handwritten letter, photo of who received it, etc.), and we'll process your refund. Shipping is a significant expense and a drain on the environment, so this is one of the ways we can limit that impact.
